Shop Policies

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, please inspect your order once received. If you have any problems (i.e. wrong item, defective item), please contact me within 5 days of your delivery, using the contact form at the bottom of this page. I will do my best to accommodate you.

Cancellations:

Any cancellations must occur within 24 hours of your purchase. (This excludes alternate payment processing such as PayPal). Please email me with your first and last name; and order #, using the email associated with your account.

Processing & Shipping:

Processing:

Our average processing time is 1-2 weeks.

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received, worked on in batches, with scheduled drop offs.

Shipping:

We offer flat-rate shipping based on the weight of your order. All packages are shipped via USPS Ground with tracking (avg. 3-8 days)

  • $4.99 – Standard Shipping for lightweight orders (like stickers, washi, bookmarks)
  • $7.99 – Boxed Shipping for medium sized orders (journals)
  • $9.99 – Boxed Shipping Plus for larger or mixed orders (like journals, stickers + accessories)

Please double check your shipping address. All returned items will be charged a shipping fee for reshipment.

Once your package is dropped off at the post office, it is no longer in our control. It is now the responsibility of the post office. Please refer to your tracking number page for further information.

Please allow for 72 hours after shipping notice for your tracking number to show.

We do not offer rush shipping at this time.

We do not ship internationally.

Your shipping rate will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Package:

If your order is lost, please allow for the mandatory wait time of 30 days (from shipment date) and file a claim with USPS. After that wait time, please contact me using the form at the bottom of this page. Please include your first and last name; and order # using the email address associated with your account.

We are not responsible for stolen or damaged packages. If your package is stolen or damaged, please contact USPS and file a claim with them. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, it is out of our control.

Digital Products :

Digital products are for personal use only, with the intended purpose to used for faith journaling/ planning, Bible Study, digital planning/journaling etc.

Digital Products cannot be used to promote or market for another business and/ or your personal brand (content creators).

Digital Products are not to be sold or redistributed in anyway (ex. cannot be used to create party favors, etc). Although you receive a digital file, copyrights still remain with Letters of Renewal.

Terms of Use:

All artwork (faith girls and lettering) remains copyrighted by Letters of Renewal and may not be redistributed in any way.

Some artwork (florals) are acquired through third party licensing and cannot be reattributed in anyway as well.

 Do you offer wholesale?

Wholesaling is not offered at this time.

Can I request custom designs or modifications?

Modifications for collection releases are not available.
